Description: The recognition of overpopulation and energy crisis are growing exponentially against the basic need of the population. Apparently, the growth of the population will create the unprecedented demand for energy, land, infrastructure, land and other sources. This leads the earth to breath excessively as the supply will soon unable to cater the demand.
The current trend is the people live in a town, work in another, shop in yet another and go to far away places for recreation. This sprawling development has cause the energy to be drain away unconsiously. In addressing the idea of reducing energy wastage, a radical concept of living, working and playing should be done within a footprint. To cater the need of the people and surrounding, the site is strategically located in the centre hub of the city, along Jalan Ampang and Jalan Tun Razak.
The idea of urban sym-genesis is outlined to regenerate the way of living in the city centre. By using stem cell genesis as references, each plug in capsule determining the evolving space to cater the subsequent need. The ability of the capsule space to be transient is main feature of the design scheme. Cutting-edge technology blends seamlessly with intermediate plazas, indoor courtyards, sidewalk cafes, shops, restaurants and numerous pedestrian walkways became the transient elements that determining the affordability and practicality of the particular space. The generation of space redefined a city within a building as it allows life flow efficiently without limitation by maximizes the flexibility of facilities and sensory wellbeing at all time.
